As the April 16 deadline approaches for reporting EPS April 1 enrollment data, it’s important to make sure that student enrollment data are correct.
The Invalid Enrollments Report in Infinite Campus is a tool that can help you ensure the accuracy of your enrollment data. Access it in Infinite Campus under the Index tab > ME State Reporting > Invalid Enrollments.
This report generates a spreadsheet listing any incomplete enrollment reports. The areas with missing or invalid data will be highlighted in red. The most common area highlighted is FRAM, the free and reduced-price meal eligibility status data.
Student data are removed from the Invalid Enrollments report once the needed corrections are made.
