Migrant education survey updated, ready for distribution

The Maine Migrant Education Program survey has been updated for the 2012-13 school year, and the Department of Education is requesting that school units distribute it to all newly enrolled students.

The updated version of the survey is available at the following link: http://www.maine.gov/education/nclb/tic/MigrantEducationProgramForms.htm.

Please collect all surveys distributed. Submit only those that have been marked “Yes” in all three sections by mail to the Maine Migrant Education Program as soon as they are completed at the following address:

If a school or school unit has already distributed, collected and/or submitted another version of the Migrant Education Survey for the 2012-13 year, the unit does not have to redistribute the updated survey.
