Due to an unanticipated delay in the availability of an online form, the Maine Department of Education has extended the deadline until Nov. 1, 2011 for school administrative units (SAUs) to comply with Administrative Letter 44 (June 21, 2011) and Administrative Letter 49 (Aug. 11, 2011).
The two letters pertain to:
- use of the revised Individual Education Program (IEP) form for 2011-12; and
- the newly required Form for the Determination of Adverse Effect on Educational Performance.
