A proposed routine technical rule change for Department of Education Rule Chapter 13, Qualifying Examinations for Teachers, Educational Specialists, and Administrators, has been finally adopted. The finally adopted version of the rule chapter is available for viewing on the Secretary of State’s website at http://www.maine.gov/sos/cec/rules/05/chaps05.htm.

The rule change became effective on Oct. 23, 2011.
