The June 15 original deadline and several extended deadlines for the completion of last school year’s annual Educator Quality and Effectiveness Survey have passed. If your school district has not yet completed the survey, please do so without delay to ensure timely collection of this U.S. Department of Education EDFacts Initiative-mandated annual reporting.
This is the final notice for this federally-required survey for all operational Maine public schools. Failure to provide this data annually results in reporting noncompliance by the State of Maine and possible loss of district-level federal education grant funding.
As of Nov. 4, 91 Maine school districts still have not completed the survey. Please review the list below to see if your district has not completed the survey and take action accordingly. If you think we have listed your district in error, be sure to let us know that, too – it could be your data did not make it to us or that we have made an error.
