  • ReadiStep® – in grade 9 –The assessment window is Oct. 15-29. In order to participate, schools must order the assessment by Sept. 12. For more information, visit the College Board website.
  • PSAT® – in grade 10 –The PSAT® is no longer required for high school students in grade 10, but the Maine DOE will cover the cost for PSAT® given on Oct. 15.
  • SAT® or ACCUPLACER® – in grade 11– As part of the high school assessment pathway, the Maine DOE will offer the opportunity for grade 11 students to take either the SAT® or the ACCUPLACER®. The SAT will be provided as a school day test option on April 15. The AccuPLACER will continue to have a flexible test window.
