Maine schools educating boys of color eligible for $10k COSEBOC award

Qualifying Maine schools are invited to enter the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color (COSEBOC) fourth annual COSEBOC School Awards, intended to celebrate preK-6th grade schools that are demonstrating success in educating boys and young men of color.

Winning schools will receive a $10,000 grant and their promising practices will be featured at COSEBOC’s next Gathering of Leaders in Memphis, Tennessee this April.

Schools with at least 25 percent of male students are of color are eligible to apply.
