The Maine DOE Office of Special Services has completed revisions of the following forms: Individualized Education Program (IEP), Written Notice, Optional 7-Day Waiver, and Learning Disability Evaluation Report. They are now posted on our website at www.maine.gov/doe/specialed/forms/.
Infinite Campus users will be delayed in using the revised Learning Disability Evaluation Report form.

Buckley, We will be recording guidance and posting it to our website during the month of July. It will be posted by August 1. We will also do a live webinar on Sept. 11 at 9:00 a.m. which we will provide information on in the coming weeks.
Will the department be issuing guidance on the new Learning Disability Evaluation Report? It differs substantially from the previous form.
