The NEO Maine Schools Update form is required by school units to inform the Maine DOE of school and district contact information, changes in grade spans, and other district- and school-related information.
The form must be completed by all public school units and private schools with publicly funded students prior to calculation of October EPS counts. Students will be excluded from October EPS counts if they are in schools that have not completed the update form.
