Big changes are on the horizon in the way school personnel will receive credentialing in Maine. January of 2016, there will be an announcement to explain the changes to all personnel renewing certificates in 2016.
Maine DOE’s Certification Director Kathryn Hollicker will be visiting each of the Regional Superintendents’ meetings to explain in detail the expectations for 2016 and will be asking for assistance in getting the word out to all staff, including Educational Technicians and those seeking fingerprint approvals only.
