For those school districts uploading their student reporting data to Infinite Campus State Edition (ICSE), there have been a few changes in the upload layout and processes for the 2012-13 school year.
All vendors for the district systems were notified well in advance of these changes and should already have them in place. However, with the upcoming reporting deadlines, your district’s technical staff may wish to confirm these changes. Reminder: Staff data must be entered or uploaded to the MEDMS Staff system by Sept. 30, 2012, and student data must be entered, uploaded or synchronized with ICSE for all enrollments (as of October 1) by Oct. 12, 2012.
