Maine DOE and the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Maine will welcome math educators from across New England this month for the regional Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England conference, Show Us Your Moxie, at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland on Oct. 29-30.
The ATMNE regional mathematics conference will feature keynote speakers Don Balka, Past-President of TODOS; Diane Briars, President of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics; Dan Meyer, named one of Tech & Learning’s 30 Leaders of the Future and an Apple Distinguished Educator; and Greg Tang, known as the Math Missionary for the dedication and passion he has shown in sharing his love of math with students, teachers and parents.
