Office of Special Services offers math opportunity

The Maine DOE Office of Special Services is offering a training opportunity for elementary school math teachers focusing on improving math proficiency for students with disabilities. The application and specifics on the training project that will begin the summer of 2016 can be found here.

Maine DOE will review applications and select one MADSEC region with up to five participating schools for the project. Up to $10,000 will be offered to each of the five schools to assist in covering some costs related to the project. The application deadline is Nov 30. We anticipate making a decision early in the new year.
