Over 500 school administrators are participating in the 14 NEO data system training workshops across the state that began on July 19 and will finish on August 18.
The training covers the importance of accurate, complete and timely data submitted to the Maine Department of Education. Also covered in the training is: NEO Staff collection changes, enrollment changes in data collection, reporting on truancy, restraint and seclusion, bullying and graduation.
New to the training this year is: staff certification verification, contact search, NEO dropout and Maine Educational Assessment reporting.
