The Maine Department of Education is pleased to share preliminary participation rate data for general assessments in Mathematics and English Language Arts/Literacy for grades 3-8 (eMPower™ME) and third year high school (SAT).
This information can be used to address and demonstrate the meeting of assessment participation rate requirements under Title IA. Participation rate assurances can be found in the FY17 ESEA Consolidated Application.
This data is considered preliminary as it does not include participation data on students who took the Alternate Math/ELA (MSAA), nor the filtering of the recently arrived English learners who may have taken the ACCESS for ELLs2.0.
