Maine DOE Helpdesk to Implement Ticketing System

In an effort to better serve Maine districts and schools, the Maine Department of Education’s Data Helpdesk is implementing a ticketing system.

The ticketing system will help the Department better track requests coming into the Helpdesk, increase response time, guide training sessions, and track common issues.

Requests to the Helpdesk can be made in the same way they are currently made (either over the phone or by email to The ticketing system will generate a response email with a ticket number when a request is submitted, and will send an automated response once the issue is resolved.
